Mental Health Care Plan (Medicare)

Eligibility for a Mental Health Plan allows you to receive Medicare rebates when undergoing psychological treatment. You can get up to 10 psychology sessions covered annually. Ask your GP to consider a Mental Health Care Plan so you can get affordable access to therapy.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel an appointment, Wombat requires a 48-hour notification period. Any appointments cancelled or missed without adhering to this 48-hour window will incur a cancellation fee.

Late Payment Fee

Please ensure payment is completed within 48 hours of the session. Payments made later than this will incur a $25 late payment fee. If payment is not made within 7 days upcoming appointments will be cancelled until the situation is remedied.
